Cookies? Barely any.

- This website and the free checker set no cookies at all.
- The dashboard sets one cookie, only to keep you logged in.
- No tracking, no advertising, no analytics. That's why there's no cookie banner.
- Some pages load lettering or code from another company, which sees your internet address. We list each one below.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Browser storage is a similar place a page can save small notes. Both can be used to remember you. The law allows the ones a service strictly needs, such as keeping you logged in. Anything else, such as tracking or advertising, needs your consent first.
What each site sets
On 25 October 2026 we loaded the public pages of each site in a browser and recorded every cookie and every request, and read the dashboard's code for what it sets after you log in.
| Site | Name | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| aiwebpilot.com | None | No cookies, no browser storage | — |
| check.aiwebpilot.com (the free checker and your report) | None | No cookies, no browser storage | — |
| The dashboard (app.aiwebpilot.com) | xaios_session | Keeps you logged in. Strictly necessary. Your browser can't read it from a script. | Until 30 minutes pass with no activity, a day at most, or until you log out |
| The dashboard | site-arch-… (browser storage) | Remembers which cards you opened or closed on the site-plan page, in your browser only. Strictly necessary for that choice. | Until you clear it |
Outside requests
When a page loads something from another company, that company's server sees your internet address and browser type. None of these set cookies on our pages.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, United States) is the bot check on the free checker's forms: the scan, the report request, the login and "send me a link". Your browser loads it from Cloudflare, which checks the visit comes from a person.
This website, aiwebpilot.com, keeps its lettering on our own server, so loading it sends nothing to anyone else.
In our emails
Links in our emails pass through our email system (HighLevel, sending through Mailgun) on the way to the page, so it records that you clicked.
Why there's no cookie banner
A banner is needed only when a site wants to set cookies you could refuse. Ours are all strictly necessary, so there's nothing to accept or refuse. If we ever add anything that needs your consent, we will ask first, with "accept" and "refuse" equally easy.
Your controls
Your browser's settings let you see and delete cookies and stored data, or block them. If you block the dashboard's login cookie, you won't be able to stay logged in.
