Who we are

AI Web Pilot provides the free AI visibility checker at check.aiwebpilot.com, this website, and your dashboard at app.aiwebpilot.com. Our business details are in our legal notice. Contact: support@aiwebpilot.com.

These terms apply when you use any of them. By running a check or logging in, you accept them. How we handle your data is in our separate privacy policy.

What the service is

• The free checker reads up to 25 public pages of a website, plus the standard files that tell search engines about it, and scores it on 45 signals that affect whether AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and others) can find and cite it.
• The free report, which we email you a link to, shows every signal, what's holding the site back and how to fix it.
• The dashboard shows your scan and what you add when you log in.

The checking is done by automated tools with a fixed formula. No AI model writes your score.

The free service may change, pause or stop. We'll try to give notice, but we can't promise it will always be available.

Using it fairly

• AI Web Pilot is for businesses and people working for them. You must be at least 18.
• Check websites you own, run, or are allowed to check, such as a client's or a competitor's public pages.
• Give a real email address that's yours.
• Don't overload, attack, copy or resell the checker, try to get round its limits, or use it to break the law. We may block anyone who does.

No guarantees on results

Your score measures what our scanner finds on your website on the day it checks. It is our professional view of what helps AI answer engines find and cite a business.

AI answer engines are run by other companies, which change how they work without notice. So we can't promise any ranking, citation, recommendation, traffic or sales. Your report is information to act on, not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.

Your login

Your report email holds a private link to your report and a link to set up your login, which works once, within a day. After that you log in with your email, your password and a 6-digit code we email you. Keep your password and our emails to yourself: anyone with your report link can open your report. If you think someone else has your password or a link, tell us at support@aiwebpilot.com.

Who owns what

• Yours: your website and its content, and what you add to your dashboard. You let us use them only to run the service for you.
• Ours: the checker, the 45-signal formula, the scoring, the report design and this website. Use your report freely in your own business. Please don't copy or sell the tools or the formula.
• Anonymous statistics: you agree that we may combine your scan's scores into anonymous statistics, which identify no one, and keep, use, share or sell those statistics, now and after you stop using AI Web Pilot. See our privacy policy.

Paid work

AI Web Pilot's done-for-you services, such as AI-ready websites, are delivered by Red Rocket Growth, our partner agency, also in Australia. They are sold under Red Rocket Growth's own terms, which it gives you before you buy.

If AI Web Pilot sells a paid plan of its own, we'll show you its features, price and terms before you pay. If you're a consumer, you'll have 14 days to change your mind. If you ask us to start the work within those 14 days and confirm you understand, you lose that right once the work is fully done.

Liability

We take care to run a good service. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by acting on a free report, by AI answer engines' decisions, or by events outside our control.

Nothing here limits responsibility for death or injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any right a consumer has by law that can't be excluded, including the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Before an important change applies, we show a notice on this page, and email you if you have a login. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

Australian law governs these terms. If you're a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of your own country's law.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@aiwebpilot.com. Most things are fixed that way.

If that doesn't settle it, consumers can use the courts, or the free dispute services, of the country where they live. For businesses, the Australian courts decide.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
